"The house was in a good position in Carnac near the beach and shops. As the photos suggest it is in need of modernisation. Well equipped but dated. I have never stayed in a rental property which was left in such a dirty state. It cannot have been cleaned for months as the dust on all the surfaces was so thick that you could write your name in it. I therefore felt rather uncomfortable for the week."

"Whilst the house is modern and in a quiet location would not recommend for English visitors as listing is not accurate. You will have to bring your own bedlinen, (including French square pillow cases), towels and tea towels. The barbecue was rusty and had not been cleaned. We have stayed in self catering accomodation in France for over 30 years and this was one of the least pleasant experiences we have had."

Dans la salle de séjour (agrémentée de deux divans) se trouve une télé avec grand écran. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée et tous les ustensiles sont en excellente condition. A l'étage le lit est très bon et la salle de bain avec douche est très pratique. "Gîte très agréable proche du sentier côtier et de la ria. Malheureusement, le matelas très confortable de l'an dernier a été remplacé par un autre de piètre qualité."

"Our stay was great, Jean Pierre and Denise were perfect hosts, friendly and helpful. The Gite was very clean,everything you needed was there,we slept in the ground floor bedroom with it's own en-suite and separate toilet,the lounge / diner / well equipped kitchen was great , there were two other first floor bedrooms with one on suite so sleeps six. It was situated on the outskirts of Auray but yet it was semi rural , easy to get to other places to visit via the N 165 and routes to the coast it...

Only suggestions would be a welcome guide/book with the essentials and we did have a few splinters from the decking but a lovely garden area"
