Hello, we welcome you to our charming rental in the middle of a pleasant collective with swimming pool, reserved for tenants, 10 minutes walk from Saint Michel beach and Valentin beach, and less than 8 minutes from Batz-sur-Mer town center.
The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom (bath)/WC, a kitchenette and a lounge area equipped with a sofa bed (double sofa bed) and a television. The loggia/balcony has a south-facing view of the swimming pool.

We had a great stay. The apartment is well equipped. Everything you need is there. Short walk to the sea. My daughter especially liked the pool. Everything was very clean and the whole complex was pleasantly quiet.

Nous avons été déçu par l'appartement. Tres petit, sous les toits, il y fait très chaud. Salle de bain à rafraichir, pas de prise éléctrique. La literie n'est pas bonne. Toute la décoration est à revoir. En bref, nous avions réservé 15 jours et sommes revenus au bout de 10.

Tout s est bien passé, communication parfaite, emplacement central et petit appartement propre. Je connais un peu la région que j affectionne particulièrement pour sa tranquillité, mais quelle surprise quand on a découvert la plage Valentin!!! Belle petite plage tranquille loin du bling bling et "m as tu vu" de la Baule...nous y reviendrons avec plaisir...

Du bleu à l'horizon
Idéal pour un couple, cet appartement fonctionnel et très propre situé au deuxième étage offre une vue sur la piscine. Au cœur de la résidence, il n’en est pas moins calme et reste proche à pieds du centre-ville de Batz-sur-Mer et de ses commerces d’appoint. Aucune mauvaise surprise donc par rapport au descriptif de l’annonce. Nous louerions les yeux fermés ce logement si nous devions séjourner de nouveau à Batz-sur-Mer. Il est à noter que nous n’avons eu aucun contact avec le propriétaire d’origine irlandaise mais que la personne mandatée a été efficace.
