"First of all,their English language is very poor so we got a very hard communication with the staff. Towels smelled very bad. Dirty fridge. Bathroom smells bad and humid.they clean every 2 days in light way. Thrush outside the room stay for 3 days . 3 items for Breakfast we have to pay for 2 only one eggs with toast included and you pay for pancakes & rice . No restaurant around and they want you to order from one restaurant only and we pay 25k for delivery in every order . Staff pay attention to make commissions if you order transportation.we supposed to stay for 7 days but we runaway from that jail after 3 horrible days and the poor management refuse to refund us for the 4 days that we didn't stay.we even change the room,but we faced the same issues. This is the most horrible place i ever seen in my history. Expedia may not market this hotel for their reputation and loose the customers trust in the future."

"Loved the outdoor bathroom. The rooms are very comfortable. I like that there are only ~10 villas on site. Lovely breakfast served on the balcony each morning. Friendly staff. The only problem was that there was a lot of plastic and rubbish burn-off every day happening next door. This is not the hotels fault. However, every time we went outside to our bathroom, the smell was really bad and felt very unhealthy breathing it in. "

"Best of Lombok accommodation so far!! Our garden view room was set amongst tropical flowers and birdlife, spacious and clean. The ocean view villas just in front were stunning with individual tiny pools and loungers facing the ocean, but we loved our private and beautiful room one row behind (no.15). My favourite was the outdoor private shower, with flowers and birds. The staff were excellent, food the best on our trip to Lombok We enjoyed snorkelling at the Three Secret Gilis, lots of fish and a turtle, but if we’d had more time would have definitely spent the extra for a trip to a better snorkelling spot as suggested by our guide. "
