Stayed here many times. Convenient location , close to airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are well set up. Early start time for breakfast much apprecuated for travellers having early departures.

Staff everywhere were nonchalant and preoccupied. Food at restaurants was terrible. Location was far from most destinatioms so I used Grab taxis everywhere (relatively cheap plus foreign transaction fees on each fare) because of that. Hotel itself was spacious and clean. The warm cookies at the front desk made my day.

Absolutely everything! First the greeting from doorman to check-in and the best concierge Subra. The room was absolutely gorgeous and the food delicious. If ever I come back I will stay in this magnificent hotel! Thank you for making our stay such a wonderful experience!
