"The front desk was rude and arrogant. Before I showed him my reservation. He said “no reservation” in a condescending tone. After I showed our reservation and my husband stepped in speaking Turkish did his attitude change. The hotel spent the remainder of our stay trying to make amends with complementary fruit, Turkish coffee and candy. Too late for me. In addition, the cigarette smoke was overwhelming in the hallway. "

"The hotel needs a big maintenance. Balcony was full of birds waste!!! They need to be more careful with their service. I rented a tiny house called villa, and there was no hot water because pipes were clogged. But receptionist was friendly and understanding of my situation and frustration "

Best place to celebrate any occasions

"It’s our second visit, the reservation person Miss Kubra , made our trip amazing every single times. The kebab dinner, the rooms and the breakfast, all was amazing. If you are Muslim and can not wear bekini like us, then you can not swim , it’s too sad. The to lush sauna and Turkish bath were great. "
