"The only thing that really annoyed me is the very long check in lines...even at the express check in self service....they had 4 stations, 2 broke down. Then they have 6 empty concierge stations with only 2 employees working during the busiest time. Btw.... ALWAYS AUTOMATIC CHECKOUT @11AM. No need to stay on the long checkout lines. You're welcome"

"Check in did not go well. They were trying to charge me again after paid. She had to get someone to help. Didn't explain occupancy fee. Expedia said would be little more like 12$ was $32 more for that fee . Hotel did have a lot to offer but we just ordered food and alarm went off communication wasn't really given just that that we would keep us informed so we left to be safe. "
