The Royal of Beauregard

The Royal at Beauregard Cottage was built in 1924 and is a must see must stay cottage. We are located in the historical Beauregard Town in the heart of downtown Baton Rouge. This cottage offers a view of the Louisiana State Capitol and a community garden. There are lots of walking and sight seeing opportunities with local arts, music, festivals, farmers market, fine dining, and pubs.

This place really fit the bill. I wanted to be close to downtown for the weekend and was able to walk most everywhere I needed to go. The house is in a very nice area and was extremely clean and comfortable. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating

Lovely home
Royal of Beauregard is a thoughtfully appointed retreat. The older home has been beautifully updated and the hosts offer ample towels, toiletries, cookware, and dishes. We enjoyed the back porch which looks out over a pretty flower and vegetable garden where we watched squirrels, birds, and butterflies. We were surprised how quiet the neighborhood was while still being close to many activities. We hope to stay here again.

We loved our 2 days bringing in 2023 in Baton Rouge in this beautiful cottage. The house is pretty, comfortable, and in a great location. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and along the levee. Our hosts gave some great suggestions for restaurants (my meal at Elsie’s Plate and Pie was honestly one of the best things I’ve ever eaten) and responded quickly to all messages. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home in downtown!
Beautiful and comfortable home in quiet downtown neighborhood. The property was exactly as described and pictured on the website. It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. The owner was also very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Perfect Location in a Lovely City
We had a 10 day trip throughout Louisiana and this hime was perfect stop in Baton Rouge. We were so impressed with the city and the home. The decor was great and the back yard was perfect! Excellent hosts with great communication. My husband loved the huge TV with local channels. I would reccommend this home to everyone!

Beautiful place right downtown Baton Rouge. The house was quiet and very clean. I would definitely rent again. Great place if your going to LSU for anything. Plenty to do. The kitchen and bathroom was so big and very high quality. Neighbors were nice. Everything was so close.

Perfect for LSU Visit
This is a very clean and cool property. It was very quiet and just about a 5 minute drive to the LSU campus. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with all one could need. Appliances are all up to date. No complaints. We will stay here again.

OMG! I rented the home for the day before and the day of my wedding. The girls and I absolutely LOVED IT! We had more than enough room to get prepared before the wedding. Had I known it was gonna be so comfortable and peaceful, I would’ve rented a couple extra days for a nice peaceful short honeymoon ❤️ The host were fabulous also. They were extremely easy to communicate with. They responded to every question I had immediately through out the whole process. Thanks Again, Happy Bride
