Please Note:
Pets are welcome, however there is additional $100. non-refundable cleaning fee. That is paid to house keeping for extra time spent, removing, washing and replacing mattress covers, lint brushing all mattresses, couches, and chairs. The house is also treated for fleas. If you fail to include the pet fee at the time of your booking the $100. will deducted from your security deposit.
