"I have no idea what all of the nasty reviews were about, especially those about rudeness or racism, especially since one of the reception staff members is of color. I stayed for 4 nights and saw none of those things. The front desk staff was nothing more than exceptional. The hotel is an absolutely gorgeous hotel. It’s small, boutique and obviously well cared for. The fact that it was a Relais and Château property was a plus for me. There was a hiccup with a pick up at the train station....
