"I booked the Koi Villa in St Kitts for my birthday and the staff was very helpful before I arrived and communicative. They ensured my stay was extremely comfortable, pleasant, and overall AMAZING! They even assisted me with booking tours and sightseeing and having a driver for everyone. This was a fantastic trip and amazing villa and staff in St Kitts! I would 100% recommend it for everyone!"

"The view and property were amazing. The owners had a beach front lounge with an honor bar which was truly an added bonus. They were on site and were very helpful with local info. One recommendation is to make sure you get a rental car due to the remote location and not easy to get taxis."

"We have stayed in over a dozen VRBO's over the last 15 years and "Seas The Moment" was easily the best. The location is excellent and The View is iconic. The property was clean and comfortable and the owners obviously took special care in organizing everything at the property. The local property manager was very helpful and made the check in process seamless. Would highly recommend this property and hope to someday return."

"We took our bikes and rode the nearby golf course trails to and from dinner everyday. All of the essential kitchen utensils were available. Note to families with small children: the spiral stairs could be a potential problem getting to both floors. Otherwise, it was very relaxing. We look forward to returning!"

"Unfortunately this property appears to be significantly under maintained and managed which made for an uncomfortable stay. Prior to arrival host was insistent on communicating through whatsapp which we did not have access to right away. Information about check in was not really provided until day of - after much insistence- which due to travel challenges - created extra stress and concern about the property. Upon arrival and meeting with property manager - it was stressed that due to a big storm...

"I am a returning visitor to the island and I loved the property. The landscaping is amazing with all the variety of fruit trees and the walking path made it so easy to walk around. The pool is perfect, plenty of room for my three children to swim and play without being on top of one another. The location was perfect, far enough away to have privacy but close enough to get to the grocery stores in 3 minutes, town in 5 minutes and Pinney’s beach is just a 7 drive away. "
