With inspiration drawn from the most exclusive luxury boutique hotels around the World, Princess Street Townhouse is a newly renovated, interior-designed Georgian house located in the heart of central Bath – it is situated behind Bath’s Royal Theatre on a historical street used for the filming of Netflix’s global hit Bridgerton. Situated in the bustling centre of the World UNESCO Heritage City of Bath, this luxurious townhouse is the ideal location to enjoy everything Bath has to offer. The Townhouse is spread across 2 floors with an award-winning coffee shop located directly underneath. Access to the maisonette is through its own private entrance. The first floor comprises a light and airy open plan kitchen and panelled living area, flooded with natural light. The sitting area includes a pull-out double sofa bed for 2. The kitchen incorporates a sit up marble breakfast bar and is well equipped with brand new Neff appliances: Fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer oven/microwave and Nespresso machine . The top floor houses a luxurious bathroom with freestanding bath and walk in shower alongside a beautiful, panelled master bedroom overlooking the pretty pedestrian street below. The bedroom offers a king size bed, chest of drawers, flat screen TV and ample hanging space. The Maisonette is your own private space for the duration of your stay. Right in the heart of Bath - with all the city has to offer in terms of culture, restaurants and shopping no more than 5 minutes walk away. The Townhouse is situated on a pretty pedestrianised street, used during the filming of Bridgerton, right behind the Theatre Royal. It's a 3 minute walk to the stage door if you are here to see a show. Whichever way you turn you will find yourself immersed in Bath's magnificent architecture and its wide selection of independent shops, galleries and restaurants. The Roman Baths, The Victoria Art Gallery, Holborn Museum, Bath Abbey, Royal Crescent, Thermae Spa and The Pump Rooms are all within a short walk away from your doorstep. Further afield - though still walking distance if feeling energetic - you can visit the breathtaking National Trust Gardens of Prior Park and neighbouring districts of Widcombe, Landsdowne and Larkhall. Guided tours including walking, ghost and history are all available to book as well as boat trips and long boat hire during the warmer months. Unfortunately we are not able to provide parking however we recommend Charlotte St Car Park which offers full day and overnight parking and is a 5-10 minute walk from the property - it also offers electric charging points. For shorter term parking in Bath, hourly parking is available through out the city payable on the MiPermit app - though a car is not required if you intend to remain in the city. All shops, restaurants, galleries & museums are within easy walking distance from the Townhouse. Bath Spa Train station and the coach station are both a short walk or taxi ride away - a taxi rank can be found directly outside the train station. Uber also operates across the city as well as a number of local cab firms. Princes St Townhouse is easily accessed by foot or taxi from Bath Spa Station. The nearest car park is Charlotte St car park which offers full day and overnight parking – a 5-minute walk from the property. The Roman Baths, Thermae Spa, Royal Crescent and Victoria Park are all 5-10 minutes on foot ; if feeling energetic the Bath Skyline and Prior Park Gardens are also accessible by foot or a short taxi ride away.
