Booked a luxury double, the room and facilities are great HOWEVER the severe lack of soundproofing meant you could hear the room above just moving around. It was like sleeping in a drum and we got very little sleep. We were in the basement so you also heard everyone entering and exiting the building.

This is a very lovely boutique hotel. I arrived to Bath early and was able to drop my bag early so I could go and explore before check in. Very convenient location - 5 mins from Bath spa station. Would definitely stay there again if I can

We hastily booked this after another in Salisbury had cancelled us the night before we set off, so we decided to stay in Bath instead - glad we did, staff lovely, great room with view of Abbey and really comfy. Would definitely recommend

We enjoyed our stay at Eight. The room is beautiful and cosy. The location is excellent as the sites, shops and restaurant are nearby. The staff was warm and greeted us on our arrival.

Beautiful and cozy place in the best part of Bath with the Roman Baths a few minutes away by foot and lots of nice restaurants in the area. No traffic so very quiet. There are no elevator but the staff helped me both up and down with my heavy suitcase, they were generally very friendly and serviceminded. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back if I ever go to Bath again.
