"Overall very good stay with exception of breakfast. Ran out of eggs on 2 of the six mornings and no gravy for the biscuits on 3 of the days. Breakfast area was not kept well stocked with items like plates and flatware. Kept needing to go into kitchen and ask young man playing on his phone to stock items. This happened on multiple mornings."

"As one would expect, the hotel is spotless and comfortable and the staff is warm and welcoming and the location is perfect for anyone wanting to visit this mecca of Southern literature. In addition, the attention to detail in the decorations is charming: key cards that looked like library cards, note pads that look like Scantron sheets (details lost on the young), books as part of the decoration of the reception desk, bicycles, and carpet that references the Ol' Miss footfall team. Delightful!"
