I will never stay at this property again. The tub was still dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable. The sheets were thin and the pillows needed to be replaced. The beds were not properly made each day, I had to request that the body wash dispenser to be refilled as well as the coffee cups. The AC didn’t work and the fan was on constantly unless you put it to a heat setting. The beds were uncomfortable. The staff was friendly. For the cost of this hotel for 5 nights I would expect so much better.

Great overnight stay! The 2 fellows that were behiind the desk were courteous, happy, couldn't do enough which started off our visit terriffically! I am a retired executive chef whose spent years in hotels and this one night dtay stands out in front. Kudos to the owners on the remod and upgrades! Clean, up to date and comfortable!

Staff is very kind and quick to address any issues. They have an outside pool open to the guests as well as a breakfast. It is an older hotel but it has been renovated and the rooms are really nice and clean.

I am sorry to say this stay was less than ideal. The room smelled of old smoke every time the door was opened. There are small holes in the bathroom door on both sides as if something was missing. The brick wall looked as if it should be an external siding. The rough texture diminished the already lack of coziness. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom upon arrival. The room had only hooks to hang our garments instead of a closet. On the last morning, I noticed bugs in the sink. Requests for additional towels were delayed by more than 30 minutes. On our last morning, I went to the office to get coffee and request towels. Again after 30 minutes of waiting I had to call the front desk again. After requesting them the second time, the person I originally asked brought them down. On our first morning housekeeping knocked on our door once around 9 am and when no one answered immediately they opened the door to let themselves in. I was rather disappointed in this stay. I had chosen Days Inn over the Super 8 motel because I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I will not return to this location nor will I recommend this establishment to family and friends unless it's an emergency.

Staff was excellent upon checkin. Quick and professional. This property is run down needing updates badly. Faucets on sink out on backwards. Lighting inside the room is terrible. 1 lamp didnt work. Had to figure out why the 1 plug in next to bed wasnt working. Come to find out, i had to turn the switch "on" that was beside the door. Young kids under 10 for sure were helping with 'cleaning rooms'. Rusty bars in the shower. Walls paint coming off. Had to take the smoke alarm off the wall as it was beeping constantly upon entering room. Soap wasnt replaced at all on 2nd day after they had been in to 'clean'. Bed very sloppy made after first night. Very minimum effort on staff part to clean room between nights. Will pay the extra 20/30 dollars next trip to batesville to ensure a comfortable and clean experience. Just a very old and outdated building.
