"Beautiful, clean, welcoming place. Furnished comfortably and modern. The only problem was the bathroom. It was built too small considering there was a large supply room behind it, and more room could have been easily accomplished. But, I have been a custom home builder all my life, so I do have a critical eye....We had a wonderful time"

Close to the center of town, easy check-in, and Mary was very communicative and helpful for any questions I had. This really checks all of the boxes I’m looking for when we travel. "The apartment was so clean, homey, and smelled great (which is a huge plus for me!). The only thing that I think could be improved is in the check-in instructions, it should include that the apartment is in the middle section of the building, and is apartment 600- 3 floors up. It took us a good 10 minutes to figure out where it was. Otherwise, we will most likely book again for a weekend getaway!"

"The property was very nice and very clean, but I would have definitely chosen another area to rent if I had known that they had no sense of customer service. My boyfriend works on a substation in the area, working for the city, so I was meeting him up there for the weekend since he was working overtime. There was NO indication on the post that only one parking spot was available and that all other cars would be towed, which was extremely inconvenient for him since he needed to have his own car...

"We came to visit my father and second mom. We chose this location because it was close to them, their church and walking distance to small shops at restaurants. Also, it allowed us to cook a nice dinner and just hangout with my family. We will utilize it again when we are in town but next time a first floor to make it easier for my aging parents."

"We are delighted with our stay at the Havens at Hazel. We were in the Downtown Loft. The facilities were excellent. We appreciate the full refrigerator and freeze. The shower is amazing. The hosts are great folks. They gave us extra assistance that we needed. We will certainly be staying there again as we have family in the area. "
