The Space:
Designed in an modern open living style, this one story house flows naturally from room to room. Featuring abundant natural lighting and sleek modern décor the house feels spacious and roomy. From the entryway you arrive into the spacious shared living space before opening out into your own cosy patio and yard. Off this main space is where you’ll find the bedrooms buffered by the bathroom and laundry to allow for some privacy.
Boasting loads of natural light, this spacious property allows for lots of natural ventilation and outside area. When entering you’ll open up into the combined kitchen/ dining area, with a stone counter top and island with a marbled finish. This stylish centrepiece helps make this the main area of the house, off of which you’ll find two of the three bedrooms and the laundry. Located at the front of the property on the other side of the kitchen is the living room, complete with comfortable couches and television. Off this space is where you’ll find the final bedroom and bathroom, which are connected by a slide door.

Guest Access:
From Herarde street, enter through the main car gate, make your way to the door and with the provided keys enter.
You’ll have access to the entire property when you stay here, so it will feel like your own home.
- The keys will be left in a lockbox onsite. We will send you the access code 2 days prior to your arrival through the booking portal.

Batemans Bay is one of New South Wales major destinations along its stunning South Coast. Known for its proximity to both the ocean and national parks the area is popular among nature lovers and water sport fanatics. Located where the Clyde River meets the sea, Batemans Bay offers a range of beaches, rivers, trails, coves and lookouts to suite the whole family. With its own bustling town centre, filled with cafes and restaurants, you’ll get to appreciate all the local fresh produce Batemans Bay has to offer. All within only minutes to the beach.

Public transport
From the nearby Batemans Bay village centre, bus routes run either north to Maloneys Beach or south to Broulee.
Ride sharing
There are plenty of taxi and ride-sharing options readily available throughout Batemans Bay, though due to its rural location we suggest pre-booking any rides ahead of time.

Getting there
Property is approximately a 4 hour drive from Sydney’s CBD.
Other Things to Note:
- Fans are available in four of the rooms, however there’s an additional two portable fans available.
- Pets allowed, but not on furniture or beds. And the backyard isn’t fenced off, so we recommend keeping all pets on leash while outside.
- Any stays with pets will incur an additional cleaning fee.

- Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost.
- Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, a late check-out is subject to availability from the night before to an additional cost.
- Baggage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out
