"This small cottage has a lot of upgrades. It's an older house and older neighborhood. We felt safe and comfortable. The house has every thing you need. A bonus was having washer and dryer. Would stay again."

"Very clean. Has everything you can need. While you are setting away from home. Tv in every room and in the masters bathroom. Washer and dryer coffee pot. Towels dishes. Big back yard. Front yard. Covered parking. The host are available if needed. Great property. No issues. I will stay her again I come here twice a year "

"Very clean, well maintained property. We used the pullout in the game room also, and the teens really enjoyed the exercise equipment. Cooked a couple of times, kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, etc. Great experience!!"

"We had a great time at this lovely home in the Garden District of Monroe. Very clean and comfortable, and we used it to rest up between activities: touring Biedenharn Gardens/Museums and a concert at ULM by the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra. There are some great restaurants nearby, and this was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. We’re already planning a return trip!"

"There was nothing wrong with the house. It is an old house in an old neighborhood. But everything worked fine and it was easy to access. House was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer was a plus. But for complete transparency to other families… the house is directly across the street from what seems to be some type of government housing or apartments. The people living there were outside every single night being extremely loud/partying, using profanity, and at times...

"This is our second stay and it checks all the boxes for what was needed. The property manager allowed us an early check in as we were traveling from Texas. The property is always immaculate. The road is very rough with hills, but it doesn't have anything to do with the property. The property has all the amenities needed. I would stay again."
