"The desk clerks at the hotel were excellent particularly Alex who did whatever she could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We also enjoyed the food and the service in the dining room. We were very disappointed to find that there was no fridge in the room--the only hotel of the 11 on our trip. We could store things in their fridge but that is not the same. "I would consider this a North American friendly experience, as the name Best Western should. Each staff member I interacted with spoke amazing English and were happy to help. "

The hotel was clean with coffee and tea in room. Room was small but we went there to explore so not much time was spent in the room. We would stay again for a night or two. Thank you!"
