"What a GEM of a place! The gentlemen at the BnB was kind and works really hard to keep this place in tip top shape. He is kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The BnB is very clean and comfortable, everything we expected and more. I wished we had plan a day or two longer in Assisi, we would have been at home here. "We only stayed for 2 nights as we wanted to visit Assisi town. The B&B is located about 10 min drive to town. The unit had a kitchen, 2 bedroom and 1 toilet. No air conditioning. No restaurant on site and no restaurant nearby, you need to drive to town. The swimming pool is small but functional, and is located at the bottom of the hill, there are also cute chickens walking around."

We had to write and wait for info. We were in the Lorenzo room which was down a dreaded, tight spiral staircase. The room was basically clean if you overlooked the dead bugs along the window sill in the bathroom. Warning: no fridge in the room so good luck keeping your vodka cold.
