This modern 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bathroom villa is perfect for a family vacation.

A nice selection of couches, ottomans, loungers and side chairs offer multiple options for vacationers to lay back and relax. The kitchen is well appointed with modern appliances and plenty crockery, cutlery and pots & pans. Both indoor and outdoor dining tables seat 8.

There is AC and ceiling fans throughout the villa. The large patio and pool deck offer sunshine and shelter while capturing a fabulous view of the ocean and the picturesque Royal St Kitts golf course.

Sunrise Hills is 10 minutes from the airport. It shares a border with 18 hole championship golf course. Its 5 minutes from St. Kitts Marriott Resort & The Royal Beach Casino, the Frigate Bay Strip on Frigate Beach and well as several supermarkets and spas.

Beautiful View
The home is beautiful and well appointed. The view is spectacular. We had everything we needed during our stay. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. She gave us information on where to order groceries and was willing to accept the delivery and put everything away prior to our arrival making our arrival a wonderful experience. She also has awesome recommendations on local activities and restaurants. This home does not disappoint.
