"Most everything was great but for a busy upscale hotel no wifi except the lobby ? Time to upgrade when you’re in your room is where you need it !! Pretty tough to do anything without wifi these days!! I’m pretty sure they are making enough money to afford better wifi service "

"The staff were so nice and accommodating! We didn’t have a car upon arrival and they set us up a rental immediately! They have a private beach within walking distance, but many amazing restaurants and beaches are reachable in a 5-10 min drive. The room was spacious and clean, a bit dated but gave beach house vibes and we weren’t spending much time indoors so we didn’t mind! Definitely recommend staying here. "

"Bad experience. We booked after our evening flight was canceled and got there in a taxi in 20 minutes but there was no apparent way to check in that late. It was closed. We telephoned but no response, so we found another hotel and went to bed. Woke up the next morning to a WhatsApp message sent overnight, with check-in instructions. Too late, sadly. This is clearly a small business operating with a skeleton staff, and allowances can be made for that but the real problem was the customer service...

"In a great location with lovely pool we had a a three bedroom villa with four bathrooms. Tip - the cups and glasses are small so if you're like me a like long drinks take one of your own"

"The place is in an spectacular location. It was a little bit of misunderstanding at the beginning to check in. The property requires that you leave the kitchen clean but is not soap or sponge to wash the dishes. But beside that was a fantastic stay. "

"The apartment is very nice, the view is simply breathtaking. The contact with Sardinia Unlimited was very friendly, as well as the on-site reception. The house was clean and well equipped. The furniture is easy but in good condition. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big enough. We would like to come back soon! De plus amples informations de la part de l'hôte seraient nécessaires avant l'arrivée. Malgré tout, endroit très paisible et magnifique. "Perfect location, historical building, very close to the old center, but in a quiet area. The staff was very helpful, especially Alessio, who provided us very useful information during our stay, regarding boat trips, places to eat traditional cuisine, beautiful places to swim! The room was large, with great interior design. Good choice to stay in Olbia!"

"Zarezerwowałem 4 pokoje o tym samym standardzie, dostaliśmy zupełnie różne. Ponadto w rezerwacji było jasno zaznaczone i potwierdzone 2 pokoje Double i 2 twins. Otrzymaliśmy tylko podwójne łóżka bez możliwości wymiany. Personel z wieczornej zmiany nie uprzejmy. I o wiele więcej mniej istotnych ....elementów "
