"Great service by reception, restaurant and bar staff. The spa area which we had been looking forward to using was crammed with children and toddlers who were using the area as a splash park. Children were also using the gym and the sauna unaccompanied by parents. There was no supervision of this area by hotel staff. "Check in times listed are not correct, which would not be a problem unless your train was delayed which ours was. Office closes early at 7. The employees are wonderful. The bar and patio area are great. If you have kids, it’s a great place to stay. Close to the beach, shops, and food. There are plenty of things to keep your kids occupied. The owners are wonderful and easy to talk to. "
