"Great swimming pool, good access to the city center. Clean, modern, elegant. Well organised car parking."

"Villa looks nice outside, but inside we were disappointed.The rooms had a small surface very limited was difficult to walk around, you have to be careful. Not comfortable beds and pillows and simple breakfast. The view from balcony was nice."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms have been recently refurbished so are fantastic, and the restaurant is well known on the island as a great place to eat. Only 12 rooms means it’s quiet by the pool and you can always get a lounger, and the breakfast is quality and HUGE - we didn’t need it every day. Thank you!"

"Apartment was clean and had everything we needed - kitchen well equiped. Lovely balcony with chairs and a small table . Literally 1 minute walk to the food store/bakery and another minute to the beach. There were 3 restaurants on the beach. We were very happy with our stay"

"we arrived by taxi that could barely get to location, parking lot (dirt) above thru narrow street. couldn't find location. called host, took almost an hour to finally meet, then location wasn't in jesla which was disappointing because location was described differently. further, no AC. further we expressed issues and tried to find reasonable solution but they wouldn't work with us. we didn't receive any reimbursement, we had to leave and find another place. "The house is every bit as gorgeous as the pictures- so spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably maintained. Sanjay gave us a warm welcome with a Croatian spread of fruit, cheese, meat and a special type of tortilla like spinach pie. We stayed one week. The pool is not able to be heated to a comfortable temperature in the cooler weather which was disappointing- we wanted to turn up the pool heat, or even the jacuzzi, especially for the toddler. "Amazing staff and very hospitable. We travelled with our two young children both under 5 years of age and the staff were attentive and helpful from the bar and pool staff to the restaurant and games room staff. My kids felt at ease and would love to return again. Great amenities and parking facility which made this hotel a great choice. "

Amazing hotel in amazing Makarska

"Amazing Makarska beachside hotel with lovely refreshing pool and seconds away from long pebble beach along which there were loads of restaurants and bars. Had good size beautifully positioned seaview balcony with agave-style plants overlooking the pool and the sea. We booked half board option and had great buffet food for breakfast and evening. Had not known how full of eating options this area was, but no regrets as high food standards at hotel ! Makarska was a thriving place with a great old town, harbour with boat trips etc, and great coastal paths (eg.we walked to Tucepi one day."
