The ground floor comprises of a modern & completely equipped kitchen with island in the middle with 3 bar chairs, pleasant dining room with 8 seats & TV, stylish, elegant & bright living area with private terrace, lounge sofa, fire place corner with modern armchairs, flatscreen TV, soundbar and Sonos sound system, atrium with bearbecue area as well as the main terrace. On the first floor there are three comfortable bedrooms with an air conditioning, flatscreen TV, king size beds, make-up tables and wardrobes with whole body mirrors as well as two modern designed bathrooms with baths and rainshowers. Two bedrooms have private terrace with sea view and en-suite bathrooms, the blue coloured bedroom with beautiful mountain view has no terrace. On the lower ground floor there is fourth bedroom with en-suite bathroom for guests wishing more privacy. On the same level you will find laundry room as well as fitness equipment for home training.

Courtyard consists of parking space for up to 4 cars, Mediterranean garden area all around the house including 70m2 lawn where you can start your morning gym with gorgeous sea view.
