"Staff was attentive and friendly - made sure we had all the relevant info - I was celebrating a birthday and they made it extra special with an in room sweet treat - hotel is located in one of the best spots of the city - easy walk to almost anywhere - covered parking in the scc center and the hotel has valet. Breakfast had a lot of options both traditional Bosnian and some intercontinental /American type breakfast options - rooms were very nice and I would have to stay very nice and best hotel in downtown Sarajevo - highly recommend!
