Our custom-built, 5-star modern mountain luxury home with a large hot tub is perfectly situated - just a couple blocks away from all the hot new restaurants, bars, coffee shops, trendy galleries, and parks in Willits Town Center! This new area of Basalt also features Whole Foods, easy access to Old Town Basalt, Carbondale, Frying Pan River, Roaring Fork River, and the scenic Rio Grande Trail that runs all the way from Aspen to Glenwood Springs. This is what Colorado is all about!

Getting to Aspen or Snowmass is also SUPER EASY! A simple drive or express bus ride (from the stop just a few blocks away) is all it takes. Or better yet, hop on your bike and take a scenic ride on the Rio Grande Trail.

This Modern Mountain luxury Lodge is large and spacious while still providing that homey feel of cuddling up next to the fire on a cold day. With over 4000 ft of space there is sure to be somewhere and something for each of your party to escape to.

Pet Policy:
Bring your furry friend along for your stay at our pet-friendly property, for just $75 per night, per pet. We're happy to welcome more than one pet, but please contact us regarding accommodation options.
The pet fee does not include any damages your pet causes.
Please keep pets in crates when you leave the home.
Please bring your pet's own food/water bowls and chew toys.
Please make sure to put a leash on your pet if the pet will be outside of our property.

General Policies:
After securing your reservation we will send you a link to your personal boarding pass, which includes a rental agreement, verification, and the option to choose either a damage waiver or a security deposit. Once you have approved and signed the rental agreement you’ll have access to Check-in instructions and other important information about your stay.
Reservations are for accommodations only.
No guests under 25 without a parent or legal guardian. Additional guests pay a per-guest, per-day fee and must be under the total allowed by the Carbondale City Ordinance.
The property does not operate as a venue--events and parties are strictly prohibited.
No smoking anywhere on the premises.
Guest count and pets will be monitored through our exterior security cameras, so please make sure to accurately disclose. Undisclosed additional guests will be charged $500 per night per additional guest. Undisclosed pets or additional pets will be charged $200 per night per pet
We know things can happen during your stay, and for this reason, we are happy to offer our guests options when it comes to damage protection. The first is a non-refundable "peace-of-mind" damage deposit of $105.93 per reservation. The second is a fully refundable damage deposit starting at $2000 per reservation.

The property is pet friendly however, there is an additional $100 per night per pet and $75 for each additional pet/per night. If there is more than one pet please contact us prior to bringing your pets.
