"Our stay was excellent and the property and surrounding area was bliss- private backyard backing up to a creek, quiet and scenic, just wonderful and just as described. The house was well equipped, clean, and had everything we needed for my family (and our two dogs) to enjoy for my birthday weekend. The area is very remote which makes it a great getaway from the busy DC area. Will definitely return again "

"My family booked the cabin for a short, 3-day rest and each day was so full. Packed with coffee in the hot tub, listening to the creek, short or long (depending on mood) walks up the stream while my husband and son fished for native trout. Enjoying meals on the grill, a roaring fire in the pit just outside and movie nights outside on the covered porch with our bodies telling when to sleep and wake. A true gem at the end of the road where life slows to let you savor! Blessed to have visited this special place! "
