"We have just returned from a wonderful weekend stay at Delux Modern House. The house is very well equipped, very clean and in a perfect location. So near the beach with its SOBO bar so close to enjoy. John our host went above and beyond to help make our stay very enjoyable. I have no doubts about recommending this lovely property to anyone wishing to have a chilled holiday by the beach."

"A traditional farmhouse renovated to a high standard which retains lots of original features such as stone floors, low beams, leaded light windows and fireplaces. After some teething problems, that were addressed the next morning by Hannah, the house warmed up and we could relax and enjoy the facilities. "We only stayed for 2 nights but could not of picked a better location to stay. Apartment was clean and very well equipped and the hosts left some milk so we could have a cuppa on arrival. The cliff top is literally 20metres away with plenty of walks available overlooking the Isle of Wight . We would happily return and stay again."
