"We were highly impressed with the location of the cabin. Upon our arrival in early January, we were greeted by a picturesque winter scene that exceeded our expectations. The cabin itself was exactly as depicted in the photos, having all the indoor/outdoor space was a huge plus and the communication with the owner was outstanding from the moment of booking through to our departure. We highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to return in the future."

"We had an amazing time at the Abbot Hill Chalet! What a beautiful view of the snow covered mountains. The house was in a private well maintained property, plenty of bedrooms, towels, soap, basics for cooking. The property was plowed and had plenty of firewood for 2 wood burning stoves. We loved the hot tub! and 2 living areas. Our girls loved the hills around the property for sledding. The hosts were very prompt with their communication and sent their handyman when we had an issue with a faucet....

"House was great and just as described. We had a wonderful stay and plenty of room for all 10 of us. Super close to Jay Peak. Snow was plentiful. Host was very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. "

"Not one caveat on a very positive impression. The house is supplied with all sorts of kitchen needs, entertainment, and household items. It is located in a natural setting amidst trees yet very close to the main road within two miles of Jay Peak. The owner responds very quickly to queries. "We traveled to the Jay Peak area for a hockey tournament. This chalet was fantastic for our family - very clean and comfortable, and only a short drive to the rink! The owner quickly responded to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Great open kitchen/dining/family room area with nice fireplace for meals and gathering. Bedrooms as pictured. Right on mountain trail, but you do have to hike up a steep/bumpy path and up steep embankment to get onto actual ski trail. We managed, but it was hard in ski boots and hard for the kids. So not exactly an “easy” ski in/ski out but definitely close trail access."

"Gorgeous property, very clean with all amenities provided. Derek is quick to respond to messages and very helpful. It's the perfect cabin for a group of friends or a family. The property is surrounded by a river on 3 sides and the sound of the water makes for the perfect peaceful retreat. We're planning on coming back during swimming season!"
