I believe it was listed as brand new, but I believe I saw somewhere that it was built in 2018. The house size was decent to handle seven people for a week.
The tour of the house is open concept with a bedroom downstairs and a bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs with a small loft and shared bathroom. There were no bureaus and only the master bedroom had a closet with the home owners personal belongings in same. The laundry room doubled as the trash room.
Upon putting groceries in the fridge/freezer I found that the fridge was not as clean and the freezer had cartons of eaten ice cream and used bags of ice cubes - not what I expected. The food pantry contained the homeowner's food staples - not what I expected. The kitchen lacked a dish/silverware drying rack and no sink dish pan for washing. There were plenty of dishes/cups and silverware and cookware.
I was informed by a family member that the TVs used a Fire Stick and the TV in the loft did not have one. We had access to the pools at Attitash Mountain Village, but we all had to share just one access pass.
I might be nit picking on things like no dish pan or dish racks and no bureaus, lack of closet space and laundry room doubling up as the trash room, but that's who I am.
Oh, I forgot to mention that the smoke alarm was malfunctioning the first day we arrived and after several days we had to disconnect one unit because it set off all the other alarms.
Overall, it was decent, but I don't think I would stay here again.
