"The host was very attentive. The weather was getting bad the day my husband checked in. They made sure he was comfortable. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. I had issues with trying to pay for the re-booking. The Host was extremely helpful, however Customer Support was awful! They seriously need to work on that!"
