"Had my bday getaway with friends here it was awesome even in the winter. Says up to 6 guests and we had 5 and it was very crowded, not enoigh dinner table seats for everyone and living room seating was not for us all to sit and watch tv. Other than that it was great thoigh! "

"This is an incredibly beautiful place to stay. It is meticulously clean and charmingly decorated. Everything you could want is included in the kitchen and bath. The bed is really comfortable, good blinds darken the room for sleeping, and it includes places to put your suitcases out of sight. Pam is so warm and friendly. I just can't say enough good things!! "Upon booking we did not realize the cottage was off grid. However, the host was good about explaining how to manage the solar power and generator. We arrived at dusk and found it hard to navigate our way through the trees and multiple turns to get to the cottage. It is a unique location on a beautiful lake. Unfortunately we were there during a heatwave, the lack of fans or AC made it unbearable and we left after one night. Another deciding factor of our early departure were a multitude of...

"A beautiful well maintained and equipped little cottage in a very quiet location. All amenities were within easy walking distance as well as the Bay to Bay Trail. Great location for exploring the South Shore and beyond. We enjoyed our week at 25 Cherry Lane."

"We had a great stay from August 20-27. We chose this spot as it was close to family in the area and we wanted to be able to base ourselves close to them while also being within an hour or so of a lot of Halifax, Peggy's Cove, etc. The cottage was a great size, with lots of space for our family to relax and spread out. The kitchen was very well-appointed. The outdoor space was just wonderful - we enjoyed a campfire almost every night, and during the day the kids spent hours in the paddleboat...
