"From the moment we drove down the driveway we just knew we would love it. The staff were so welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and I'm fussy, having worked in the hospitality industry for around 40 years. Particularly hotels and restaurants/pubs."

"Nobody in reception at 20:50 with note to press call button but after 10 mins nobody turned up. We called all the numbers listed but there was no answer / number un-recognised. Went to the attached pub and asked about the reception and told someone would be coming over, 5 mins later receptionist arrived and announced that the attached restaurant was closed. Not a good first impression! "

"My only worry was the noise from outside the room from the kitchen extractor fan, or something. However it was turned off from 21:45 to 07:00ish, if I remember correctly. So no complaints. "
