" It was a good stay. our original plans was for 7 people to stay and it’s a good thing that only 5 showed up because the house is smaller than expected, there was no way that 7 people would’ve fit their comfortably. The house was very clean and neighborhood was quiet. I would recommend it for five or less people. "

"Pictures are great but the smells of all the plants, sounds of the frogs, the warmth of the sun as you lounge in the chairs make this place really special. We grabbed steak and grilled it, microwaved potatoes and had romantic little supper. Adam made sure we had everything we needed. "We stayed in this house as a family of 5 and had way more space than we needed. The bedrooms are large. Upon arrival there were some welcome fruit/snacks which I greatly appreciated as a mom traveling with three young children all day. We cooked breakfast at the house every morning and the kitchen had everything we needed (note: there were not basic spices/seasoning like salt, pepper etc.). There were lots of beach chairs and some sand toys, our family enjoyed the lively beach a mere 90...

"We had a great experience at this property! Jorge was very responsive and we were allowed an early check in which was so helpful. The home itself seemed bigger than the photos, and was very clean. The neighborhood itself was noisy at night, with a lot of dogs barking and patrons from the bar, but being in a gated community we felt very safe and never had any issues. The check out process could have been a little more detailed with the instructions, but overall I would recommend staying here and...

"The stay was amazing! The property has everything you need for a vacation in Puerto Rico. It was very close to a bunch of beautiful beaches. And it wasn’t far from the ferry to Vieques for the bio bay. The hosts were very quick to respond with all answers. We couldn’t have asked for more!"

"Everything was simply fantastic...We were closer to everything and it was quiet. Everything was clearly explained to us and it was clean."

"The house was great with an awesome view but the is some maintenance needing done. No shower head in one shower, the other shower's handheld shower head hose was broken, tile in the kitchen sink were loose, the access to the rooftop terrace was boarded off, and there is no AC in the main part of the house (ac was good in all 3 bedrooms). If those maintenance issues were addressed then 5 star."

"It was a nice little place, good area that was near San Juan and had a lot of convenient attractions around. Its a good place if you want to go out and explore the city. Had some issues with the tv/internet but the owner was helpful in resolving issues and responded quickly. "

"The house is modern, sleek and perfectly located in a great area of Puerto Rico! One of the 5 bedrooms is located outside of the main house, through another gate but once we found that, it was great! "

"My room was very clean and the fact it was on the beach was a huge perk! My room did not have hot water. I advised the front desk. They said they would take care of it but when I went back after a day at the beach, the water was still cold. The hallways are dark and creepy. Other than those two things, it wasnt that bad of a stay. "

"I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in San Juan, Puerto Rico! The place was clean, comfortable, and spacious, for what I needed for my six-day vacation. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The host was very responsive and made sure I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it when visiting San Juan!"

"The staff was great. The work out room was nice. The room had musty smell and the shower didnt drain. Very minor things, everything else about the property was great. The building beside were very ugly and an eye sore. I would recommend it"

"This was my second stay at this hotel and Im just as happy as the first time. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Safety is something big for me and they fulfilled this. Youre not able to access any of the floors unless you have a pass key that allows you to close the doors for the elevator. Rooms are very clean and the showers are nice and hot ! Youre able to dine on site and food/drinks are delicious. The beach is safe for both kids and adults. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, towels available and if you want to have a drink or something to snack they offer services on the beach while the tab can be added to your room. Parking garage is also on site and very well lit! Would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone. "
