"Mattresses had dirt, debris, could be dead bugs, perhaps cockroach fecis. The owner said i should have called and they would have sent someone over to correct it. I shouldn't have to deal with this filth in the first place. Just disgusting. We left immediately and drove to san juan staying at Wyndham. I stayed at 5 other locations and none had mattress with filth like this."

"Beautiful property with breathtaking views and a gracious and responsive staff. The pool is amazing - very large, well maintained and clean (without the use of a lot of chlorine). There are areas on the grounds that are undergoing renovations but that didn't affect our stay (no loud noises, etc.) You will be staying high up in the mountains so, for those who plan to drive their own car, keep in mind that the roads can be very steep and winding (we were told to rent a 4-wheel drive vehicle and were very glad that we did). All in all, a beautiful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of San Juan (about a 20-to-30-minute drive to the beach). We would definitely recommend."

"Only stayed for one night but it was a nice place. We needed a last minute booking and when she had a cancelation she allowed us to have the bigger unit since there was 6 of us! Monthly pest control inspection available on site which was a big pro in my book! Quiet location. No wash clothes tho! Overall a good stay! "
