"I stayed here for a few days by myself, working for part of the day and surfing nearby waves the rest of the time. Then I spent a full week here with a friend just surfing from this location at several local surf spots. All went well. It was a bit tricky to get our 9 foot longboards up the stairs, but we figured it out. We were able to cook basic meals in the apartment and loved the balcony area for hanging out in the mornings and evenings. I met the host once or twice in the parking lot and she introduced herself and was very nice. The internet was high quality and having an assigned parking spot was nice. The apartment itself is well-appointed and quite beautiful. The AC is effective. The gate staff were kind and helpful. Overall, I would recommend this place and intend to return next fall for another surf junket."
