"Our flight got canceled after we had gotten to the airport. So we were scrambling for a place to stay since they weren't able to get us on another flight until the next evening. Communication was excellent, the unit owner was very accommodating and pleasant. He made sure the unit was cleaned for us within an hour since we were arriving late and an hour away from the location. Very grateful to him for giving us a place to rest our heads after a crazy night at the airport!"

"The apartment is very nice. Very clean, air-conditioned and peaceful. The hospitality of the owner was great. She was very kind and greeted us upon arrival. Overall, my stay at Family Villa was great. I look forward to booking again to stay in the near future. "Angel worked us in on a same-day booking and met with us at 9:00pm for check and was truly a holiday life-saver (thanks to a different VRBO booking never responding on check in). Nice amenities and right next to ocean (more surfing spot rather than swimming, but pool was nice as well). With more times notice and some updates, this place could easily be 5 star.
