"I wanted to have a romantic quiet vacation with my wife and this place was everything I hoped for and more. Ingrid was great from start to finish with communication with the check in process and was very accommodating. If you are on the fence about booking don’t be. Everything you need to have a great time Ingrid has it covered. From a welcome basket with treats to fully stocked kitchen cabinets and beer in the fridge. And the pool was amazing. If you plan on taking a trip to the beach she has you covered in every way. I don’t want to give away all the details and ruin the surprises you will have to see when you book. You will not be disappointed!!! My wife and I absolutely love it "

"Agnes was a very attentive host! I was supposed to arrive on a Monday and my boyfriend was going to meet me at the house.  My plane was delayed and Agnes so kindly prepared the home and provided food and beverages. My plane was delayed an entire day and my boyfriend, who lives in Puerto Rico, drove a long distance to meet me at the airport. Agnes was so kind to let him stay at the rental home, even though he was not scheduled to stay! After I arrived, I was pleasantly pleased with the home. The home is in a very quiet, urban area. Outside at night, there is the most pleasant sound of the Coqui frogs! Being a lover of song birds, I loved the sound of these frogs! The home is a bit warm outside of the bedroom (the bedroom is air conditioned), but we used the fans to cool off the other rooms and were comfortable. While visiting, I still had to work (I'm a teacher), so the second bedroom is set up as an office. I was very pleased with this accommodation since I needed the space for dual monitors! Overall, the place was perfect for us and when we're not traveling with the kids, the home is great for the two of us! "It was Wonderful! Loved the clean smell once we walked in the door. Everything was nice and everything we hoped for. We needed a broom and mop and it was provided fairly quick. Neighbors were quiet. Nice when spoken to. Fairly near to everything. We would definitely rent again. Thank you so much "

"Booked this because it had washer and dryer come to find out that the dryer leaves clothes damp and it doesn’t dry out all the way that was the most annoying experience. The light went out one day when the light came back on one of the ACs weren’t working so that night we had to cut everyone in 2 rooms. They came to fix the AC the next day, other than that the house was okay. "

"Puerto Rico is a beautiful place and this house is a perfect place for you to stay off the touristy areas. The neighborhood is safe and authentic. The local restaurants have good food and drinks (Cash Only). "
