"Our flight got canceled after we had gotten to the airport. So we were scrambling for a place to stay since they weren't able to get us on another flight until the next evening. Communication was excellent, the unit owner was very accommodating and pleasant. He made sure the unit was cleaned for us within an hour since we were arriving late and an hour away from the location. Very grateful to him for giving us a place to rest our heads after a crazy night at the airport!"

"The location of this condo is fabulous right on the beach. However, the unit itself was poorly stocked the pots and pans were of no use, and there were not enough dishes for all of the people this condo claims to sleep. The main issue we had is there is no hot water in this unit the water and all the bathrooms is just barely warm. It would've been nice to know this ahead of time before we booked the condo.. they claim their smoke detectors in the condo but we found two detectors with no covers...

"We had an issue looking for the house because it was dark and Puerto Rico’s street and house numbers are not the same as in the US. It was late and Lissette stayed up and guided us step by step on how to find the house. Excellent!!! We would stay there again."

"The apartment was roomy but should be cleaner, mold in the shower, gum stuck under night table, stained and chipped doors. Bad ventilation in kitchen - dinning area... windows didn't have screens so opening let in flies and mosquitoes and cooking made the area smoky cause they have no extractor. AC in bedroons only, kitchen and dinning and living room area hot all time. Smoke detector was broken. Got pictures if interested."

The owner was great about communicating with us about everything. The beds were comfortable, the place have a/c in both rooms and it can cool the house down as well. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa del Lago. The house was spacious and comfortable and the porch was wonderful. Fortunately it was cool and there was no need for air-conditioning. The units included in each room need repairs made to vent system. We found it to be centrally located to every where we visited. Would love to come back again and stay there. Enjoyed watching the horses and garzas in the yard.This house is truly a GEM nestled in the mountains of Adjuntas. "

"We had a family of 9 adults, an infant and a 4 year old staying for 5 nights in January. We had a small wedding (the other family rented a VBRO next to ours) on the beach with a reception held on the roof top of this home. They have 4 tables with seating for 24 plus a large outdoor sectional and a couple chaise chairs all on the roof top! The lighting was not the best but we contacted Javier and Lupe and they strung light all around which made it even more perfect. The 3 suites on the ground...
