"We stayed four nights in one of the one bedroom houseboats. Pedro welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know. He was most helpful with a great sense of humour! We enjoyed our stay, there was lots of room and it’s a lovely change from standard hotel rooms. There is a great selection of restaurants in easy walking distance plus shopping and public transit close by."

"We had a wonderful stay at the boat. The check-inn was very easy and friendly and we also got recommendations about restaurants and everything else we could ask for. The fridge was full of beverages for free. There is a toilet and shower possibility nearby on the harbor site. It was perfect! We surely come back!"

"This was our 2nd stay with Dare Lisbon House. What makes the property stand out is the friendly, helpful staff; the central location; fresh DIY breakfast supplies; lovely full size toiletries in the bathroom; complimentary wine/coffee in the lobby; and feeling at home. "The apartment very spacious and immaculately clean. Vera at reception was brilliant. I was not feeling well on arrival and she made be very comfortable with a blanket and lovely pot of tea in the family room as we waited to formally check in when our room was ready. She even came to see how I was faring the next afternoon. How kind and caring. We were both touched."
