The location on the ocean is perfection the pool is an awesome spot to keep an eye on the ocean and I spent mornings on the patio watching the sun come up over the ocean! The flowers and the birds were a constant feast for the eyes! The house is gorgeous and has everything you'd ever need. The feeling that really stuck with me throughout was I've stayed at rental properties before and this wasn't that..this was a home! Thank you Rick & Jodi for sharing it with us!! "

"Sophia communicated well and provided recommendations ahead of time, inside the home, and verbally when we saw her during our stay. She was quick to resolve very minor issues (we are very understanding when something unexpected happens, it’s all about how it’s managed). If you’re looking to be close to stores and restaurants, this isn’t your place to stay. If you’re willing to plan ahead and do most of your meals at the house or eat early and get back during daylight when it’s easier to see the roads, this won’t bother you. It’s 100% worth it to sit on the beach in front of the house with nobody in sight. We loved the beach just around the corner from the house (a few people but definitely not crowded) and a slightly busier beach a short drive away. We preferred this end of the island to the busier side. Would 100% stay here again. "

"A beautiful property and an oasis on the island. As soon as you enter the driveway you are in a lushly landscaped private escape. Perfect for large groups we had 17 (8 adults 9 children), we all had our own space and plenty of seating around the property. Set right on the beach and with a pool hot tub, outdoor grill, wrap around decks, it was everything you see in the photos and more. We had a few nights with high winds and the outdoor fireplace with sectional served us well. We were able to stay outside and enjoy the evening while our kids enjoyed the colors of the lit pool. Our host was extremely responsive before and during our trip. The house is well appointed and you have just about every creature comfort you would need."
