"The person working there is on his own. The outside needs cleaning and painting desperately. There's dirt, dead leaves, garbage and cigarette butts lying around outside. The place would be so much better with a good clean. The inside wasn't overly clean either; not as bad as the outside. Also there was no one there when we arrived and it took 2 hours for someone to show up. The bed wasn't made properly; no top sheet or pillow cases. They were given when requested. "We were transfered to their sister hostel on arrival, it was quite disorganised. Room was ok, Im fine with stripping the beds in hostels, but was surprised to see we even had to take the bin out! Breakfast was ok, as basic as can be."

"The property had everything we were looking for, peaceful tranquil environment with amazing views of the national park, and so close to all the best that the Otways has to offer. Hosts Max and Katie made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived and couldn’t ask for better hosts as nothing was too much trouble.
