The upstairs neighbors unfortunately were very easy to hear, and there were children playing with balls until quite late at night, around 22-23. She even gave us recommendations for restaurants and also, they were willing to accommodate our bags overnight while we took an overnight trip to the beach. But the owner did provide private parking at an extra cost so i wouldn't have to find street parking for my rental which was not a European compact car (ie.
