The staff is attentive and friendly (though mostly only speak Spanish so brush up on the basics), the rooms are very cute, the bathroom and shower is nice, the the property is in a great location to walk all around the town. The complimentary breakfast is simple but delicious. "Excellent hospitality and gorgeous views ! So peaceful ! Johnny was extremely helpful and very personable . He gave me ideas about the areas, booked me a chocolate massage, recommended Filandia for a day trip and recommended El Robles restaurant ( 5 min walk from the hotel - food was fresh and outstanding and prices very reasonable ). He was always smiling and ready to help. Same with the other young guy at reception ( I forgot his name). The view of the valley and the mountains from this hotel...
