"For the price I paid I expected better. First I was given the wrong room. Then the trim we got had a bed threat was so old and saggy that after the first night I had a back ache and made them switch the bed. Then they brought a new Ben that was basically a board with a 3 inch piece of foam on top, so nice and hard but at least better than an old bed with busted springs.
