"We stayed for three nights. The location is perfect, although the entrance is very subtle. But once you know where it is, you're fine. The staff were a delight - every one was super nice. There was some construction going on in the upper floors, but it didn't disturb us at all. Our room was cozy, but the bed super-comfortable and the shower was fabulous, too. For a short break in central Lisbon, it's perfect."

"We booked two rooms as travelled as family. The staff were very friendly, a warm welcome and great start to our holiday in Lisbon. Went out of the way including a welcome glass of wine at checkin! As a boutique hotel feels very cosy and staff gave some very valuable insights into Lisbon. Location in Baixa is great as just next to Rossio Metro, 28 tramline and walking distance to many an attraction. A very good breakfast with varied delcious mix of Portuguese and continental options."

"The booking was confirmed on a 2nd floor, i got a 3rd floor, all switches dirty actually black, bed horrible mattress, there was a alarm ringing at 04 am on first night, and toilet cleaning very bad specially in the shower. Mean time I have lung emphysema and I complain about the floor as confirmation was to a 2nd floor they said that wasn’t for us chose the floor even if of the booking wouldn’t show that you were going to stay on a 3rd. So yes mainly was very bad "

We had a ground floor studio room which had bars in the window and was well kept. It had minimal but sufficient kitchen items. The oven is also a microwave. The fridge is full size. The shower pressure was good and the water was hot. The listing says cleaning every three days but it actually came every single day. Even though we were ground floor...
