"The apartment is well situated for walking to town center and the beach front. Car parking was available and more than adequate. Facilities in the apartment were comfortable and more than enough for 2 guests. The heating system needed some attention but I was quickly helped by Ian and we got things running again. We would suggest the inclusion of at least 1 toilet roll , we travelled from the Netherlands and preferred not to go directly to the supermarket. Other than that we had a great stay."

"In general, the place was clean and well kept. I wrote the owner about mold in the shower and received no response. The neighborhood and street noise left a lot to be deired. Very run down."

"Great apartment, fantastically decorated and ideal location. Only negative for me was the water pressure, the shower was barely a trickle. Didnt attempt to run a bath as i didnt have time. If this is the natural water pressure then i would recommend getting a pump fitted...otherwise fantastic "

"3 night stay to attend the Air Show. Apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed, including parking. Located in a nice, quiet area, close to the beach. Shops, restaurants and Low Green for the air display were all within easy walking distance. Fab weekend, would definitely stay again. Thanks!"

"Comfortable apartment overall well maintained. Parking good. Close to Turnberry hotel, 8-10 min walk. Kitchen appliances suited our needs. Heating worked well. Bathroom facilities worked for us. En-suite shower thermostat was temperamental. Visited Culzean, Turnberry hotel for spa and afternoon tea. Local pub/restaurants such as Souter’s, Wildings, Balkenna, Anchorage in Dunure, Saffy’s and Wellingtons in Ayr. Coop in Maybole and Asda in Girvan useful for provisions. "Beautiful spacious 2 bed flat. Everything you need for a home away from home. Close to amenities. Very easy to access on arrival. No need to meet someone to get keys. Would recommend. Only thing I would add is to request WiFi password. I couldn’t find it in the book that gives you the information of surrounding area or written down somewhere. Maybe I just couldn’t see it. "

"Beautiful property within walking distance of restaurants, takeouts, stores and pubs. All in all a great stay since being there for 5 nights we had a kitchen/fridge/dining table and living room - especially since most breakfast restaurants are not open until 9am. Had some questions about the hot water and the owner was responsive and helpful. Only complaint was too many stairs for us with luggage since I am diabetic and had a broken shoulder. Wasn't a problem without our luggage."
