Für Reinigung und Wäschepaket werden feste Gebühren verlangt, da sollte dies auch entsprechend getätigt werden. Bei Ankunft war die Couch voller Haare, die Spülmaschine beinhaltete Lebensmittelreste, das Bett war voller Hundehaare und Fingernägel!!! Das geht gar nicht!
