This charming 80 m² flat in Barneville-Carteret is 200 m from the main Côte des Isles beach and can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 44 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

Excellente location
Superbe appartement très bien situé, proche de la mer, calme, joliment décoré (Bravo), très propre, très bien équipé, rien ne manque, literie impeccable et confortable. Très bonne communication avec Alicia, gérant de l’immobilier. Vraiment, bravo pour cette très belle location que nous recommandons absolument. Nous reviendrons.

Les Sables D'or mooi nieuw appartement, gelegen op de benedenverdieping. Gelegen in een rustige badplaats. Ruime living en ingebouwde keuken. Slaapkamers aan de achterkant waardoor het eventuele straatlawaai niet storend is tijdens de nachtrust.

Les Sables D'or Eine sehr schön eingerichtete, geräumige Wohnung. Wer Nähe zum Strand sucht, ideal gelegen. Trotz Strassennähe kein Lärm. Gegenüber der Wohnung steht ein Baguetteautomat, ein Kebabladen und keine 2 Minuten entfernt ein nettes Restaurant. Was wir vermisst haben, trotz Ankündigung im Inserat, waren ein Shampoo (nur eine Handseife vorhanden), Öl in der Küche und mehr als nur ein 50g-Salzstreuer. Bei der Ankunft war eine Gardine abgefallen und in der Spülmaschine war noch Geschirr. Aufpassen bei Reisen mit Hund, in der Anzeige steht auf Deutsch einmal kostenlos, dann wieder 15 Euro Gebühr. Wir haben den Hund bei der Buchung angegeben, dies wurde auch bestätigt und nach ca. 5 Wochen kam eine Aufforderung zur Bezahlung der Hundegebühr. Es wäre transparenter gewesen, wenn der Hund direkt verrechnet worden wäre. So haben wir uns hintergangen gefüllt, da sonst alle anderen Kosten (Unterkunft, Reinigung und Steuer) sofort und nachvollziehbar in Rechnung gestellt wurden.

Cependant les chambres tournent sur une cour et durant notre séjour il n’y à eu aucun bruit Le seul petit bémol est le peu d’ingrédients utiles mis à disposition pour la cuisine contrairement à d’autres Airbnb que nous avons fréquenté.

Les Sables D'or "Logement parfaitement propre et très lumineux. Agréable et bien équipé. A deux pas de la mer, c était ideal. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la situation et le rez de chaussée ne nous a pas dérangé car nous étions hors saison. Notre fils de 3 ans pouvait a son aise regarder les gens venir chercher le pain au distributeur juste en face, ça lui a fait une super activité. Attention pour ceux qui cherchent le calme en haute saison, il y a je pense plus de passage."
