The beach is surely walkable for most, but I did drive so it was easier to move beach stuff. Plenty of parking right near accesses during the week (not sure how it would be on weekend). "The location was fantastic! It was a 30 second walk to the beach which can’t be beat when you have 5 kids under 8 years old. The host was very responsive to a few issues involving the a/c and heat which hopefully is fixed. The previous guests broke the dishwasher right before our stay so we couldn’t use it. We had such an amazing time on LBI we will be coming back next summer. "
